Personal Training - Neurodivergent Package

Understand and learn to Integrate your sensory needs with your need for movement. This package of 10 sessions begins with an evaluation to determine your sensory needs. It includes education on how your sensory needs may affect your affinity, aversions, or obsessions with particular physical exercises. Explore how your practice of movement can also help regulate your body, mind, and emotions.

Personal Training - Corrective Movement Package

Maybe you’ve had a nagging pain in your back, neck, knee, etc. for a while. You don’t really know what you did to it but it’s impacting your life. Maybe it hurts while you sit on your desk or it limits your ability to play or take care of children? Maybe the day to day battle with discomfort is just draining as it affects your sleep and/or daily movements. You might have tried physical therapy and saw some results, but when you quit doing the exercises, the issues returned. If any of this sounds familiar, you might benefit from Corrective Movement Sessions.

Corrective Movement Sessions address common, chronic body issues that cause pain or limit mobility. In addition to myofascial release, stretching, and strengthening. We will work to change your biomechanics (i.e. how you move). Oftentimes, we try these interventions without changing how we perform day-to-day movements (i.e. walking, sitting, standing); they might temporarily relieve discomfort but soon the pain returns when we stop doing the exercises. As we look to subtly shift the ways that you walk , sit, stand, reach, etc. we will work to improve alignment, decrease day-to-day discomfort, and increase functionality in movement. Sessions are 45-minute and offered virtually or in-person.

Personal Training - Neurodivergent Plus Corrective Movement Package

This package includes both the sensory needs and corrective movements assessments. Your individual program will integrate all of these components to help your body find balance and functionality.

Personal Training - Basic Sessions Package

A 30, 45, or 60 minute session working one-on-one with a trainer using movements designed for your body as it is today. Virtual and in-person options available.

Pricing for ALL Personal Training Sessions

30 minutes - $55/session

45 minutes - $70/session

60 minutes - $80/session

Prices listed are for virtual sessions.

In-person sessions will involve additional charges based on travel distance to the in-person location (i.e. park, home, apartment or office gym).

Packages are sold individually or in 10 and 20 session packages. There is a 5% discount for 20 session packs.
